We are a group of 15 students enrolled in the program Process Technology and Food Quality (formerly Technology, food processing) at the Institute of Technology Food, Campus Saint-Hyacinthe. Since August 2008, we prepare our study tour for a period of 24 days from 17 May to 9 June 2009. We will visit various food companies in five regions of France: Burgundy, Rhone-Alpes Auvergne, the Loire and Paris. The goal of our journey is to discover the specific products and manufacturing processes of these regions. The program
