How To Fill My Boxing Bag

you have back pain??

I have small back pain for 8 years and I want to share two discoveries that helps a lot!

My title speaks of back pain but these suggestions are not only reserved for those who have low back pain: o)

DVD Josée Lavigueur "The exercise ball." I'm really happy and it works really well in the region of the lower back (and other regions as well) ... I'm a little sore thighs the next day! : O) I think this DVD is super good to strengthen my back.


And here are my thoughts on a Wii game ... if you can call it a GAME ...
Not ... this is not a game, but physical training.
My fitness coach (very good price at Walmart). They also released a second game that I did not.

SWEAT I'm at the end of each workout! hee hee!

is a program with 450 different exercises. (Excercises in addition to each visit).

There are various decorations and music in addition if we are faithful in training ... encourages us to return to our training as we have planned.

Maya coach us through the program that is different each time.
There are exercises coming back so slowly you get used to the movements.

It starts with a real physical assessment (jumping jacks, push-ups, sit ups, etc.), getting goals & objectives. It will decide by evaluating what is good for our goal.

Each time you return to coaching, it suggests a different set: lower body, upper body, cardio ...

can do 15 min drive or more. I do 30 minutes and it's good for me!

Maya asks you a few times during training how we found the portion of practice. If we say that it was "easy", it will adapt to the next session so it's really custom!

She asked how I always feel at the start of training ... I'm afraid to say I'm in great shape because it may be hard on me! hee hee!
It also tells us how to do the movement.

There are some downsides, but nothing to deter and stop exercising:

  • It will sometimes movements that are not good for the knees, but over the years, I learned what movements to change and move as much.
  • It is repeated often during training when she encourages you or show you the moves. (This is still an "ordinary" and there are so many words they included in the game!)
  • change exercises or stations (step / weights / land / standing) are a little faster, you have to hurry to get up to start the next financial year which is sometimes started, but there is often a rest period (5-6 sec.) between the years so I'm up for it by ending my movement ... it's not that bad.
Anyway ... a personal trainer in the comfort of our home for a small price.
